Cruise Kitchen Assistant Program (CKAP)

 

Duration:

1 month ( Galley Stewarding ) + Culinary Basics

Eligibility:

16 – 27 years of age, 10th Standard and above

Basic English Speaking & understanding, Positive attitude and Compulsory work experience of 12 months in the Galley,

F&B Service or Housekeeping Department in a 4 or 5 Star Hotel.

The student is trained for a Galley Stewarding position on Luxury Cruise Lines; Luxury Hotels & Restaurants in India & abroad, program curriculum is designed by experts, offering 360 ͦ extensive training in the field of Galley Stewarding Operations.
